The da Vinci surgical system was one of the first robotic-assisted, minimally invasive surgical systems cleared by the FDA. Today, a family of da Vinci systems and technologies is used by surgeons in all 50 U.S. States and 67 countries around the world. The robot’s serial number (ex. 00e20100) is located on the underside of Vector, or accessible from Vector’s debug screen. Used to identify which Vector configuration to load. Ip (Optional str ) – Vector’s IP address. (optional) name (Optional str ) – Vector’s name (in format 'Vector-XXXX') to be used for mDNS discovery.
